Full management handles everything on an ongoing basis — screening, rent collection, maintenance, reporting, lease enforcement — for a monthly percentage of rent. Tenant placement is a one-time service: we find and place a qualified tenant (photography, MLS listing, showings, screening, lease prep), then you self-manage from there.

How is rent collected and disbursed?+

Rent is collected electronically and disbursed to owners on a consistent monthly schedule with detailed financial statements. You always know exactly where your money is.

What happens if a tenant doesn't pay?+

We handle the full collection process — notices, follow-up, and coordination with legal counsel if necessary. Our rigorous upfront screening dramatically reduces this risk, but when it happens, we manage it so you don't have to.

Do you handle maintenance?+
